When will tightening results appear?

The question as a client puts it: when do I see the tightening I am paying for? The published answer is a range of months, and part of it is hedged.

What the two pages quote

On its Ultherapy page, my.clevelandclinic.org says: "While some people may notice instant improvement, full results may take three to six months to be visible." A second Cleveland Clinic domain, health.clevelandclinic.org, says: "Most people see the full effect of the treatment about three to six months after the procedure."

The hedges inside the sentences

The first sentence says "some people" for instant improvement and "may" for full results. Neither is a promise. The second says "most people" and "about", which describes a typical case with an approximate window.

Questions for the agreement

If an agreement in Ann Arbor says results are immediate, or fixes a date for the final result, compare it with those words. Cleveland Clinic's Ultherapy page is the page behind the first quote.

If the paperwork names a different method, two more papers to read beside it are a sham-controlled randomized trial of radiofrequency heating with high-intensity focused electromagnetic treatment and a retrospective comparison of fractional carbon dioxide laser and microneedling fractional radio frequency for acne scars. Then ask for the expected timeline in writing, as a range of months, with "may" and "about" kept where the sources use them.
